Try Iptv 4k for a day. If it's not the right fit, you've got a clean 24 hours to ask for your money back.
Thanks for choosing Iptv 4k. We want every customer to walk away happy, so we keep our refund rules short and honest. Here's how it works if you decide the service isn't for you.
1. Who's Eligible
You can ask for a refund if you're a first-time Iptv 4k subscriber and you're still inside the 24-hour money-back window from the moment your first payment cleared. The guarantee covers the plan you bought, paid for in full, on an active account in good standing.
Refunds don't apply to the free trial — there's nothing to refund, since you weren't charged. If you'd like to test the service first, head to our free trial page.
2. The 24-Hour Window
The clock starts the second your first payment is captured. You've got 24 hours from that timestamp to send us a refund request. Miss the window and the charge becomes final, so please don't sit on it.
- Window: 24 hours from your initial payment confirmation.
- Applies to: your very first subscription with Iptv 4k.
- Doesn't apply to: renewals, plan upgrades after the first cycle, or top-ups.
- Money returns to the same card, wallet, or account you paid with.
3. How to Request a Refund
Reach out through either of these channels and we'll handle it:
- WhatsApp: Message our support team — fastest route, usually answered within minutes.
- Contact form: Drop us a note here and we'll reply by email.
Tell us the email tied to your account, the date you paid, and (if you've got it) the order ID from the confirmation email. We don't need a long explanation — a one-liner is fine. Most requests are reviewed and approved inside 24 hours.
4. Renewals & Auto-Billing
Plans renew on their own at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel first. Renewal charges sit outside the 24-hour guarantee and aren't refundable, so if you don't want to be billed again, cancel at least a day before the renewal date. Not sure how? 5. What's Not Refundable
A handful of cases fall outside the guarantee:
- Requests sent after the 24-hour window has closed.
- Accounts suspended or terminated for breaching our Terms & Conditions (credential sharing, reselling, abuse of region settings).
- Any plan where you've already opened a chargeback with your bank — we can't process both, so talk to us directly first and we'll sort it out.
- Renewal payments, add-ons, or any subsequent billing cycle after your first one.
6. Having Technical Trouble?
Buffering, channels that won't load, login glitches — let us take a crack at it before you bin the subscription. Our team's on WhatsApp around the clock, and we fix the bulk of issues inside 10 minutes. Reach out via WhatsApp and give us a shot at the fix first.
7. Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, we push it back the same day. From there, it takes between 5 and 10 business days for the money to show on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider. Crypto refunds usually land within 24 hours. We'll send you a confirmation the moment it's released on our end.
8. Updates to This Policy
We may tweak this policy from time to time — when laws change, or when we find a clearer way to write something. Any update applies from the date we publish it. If you bought your plan under an earlier version, you keep the terms that were live when you paid.
